what lets you rest here?
If you have a personal definition for rest or would like to try and put words to it, I would love it if you could fill in this questionnaire.
Rest is a complicated chore for me.

Being able to get to bed on time and wake up feeling actually rested feels like both a privilege and an average sized miracle. I demand the ability to sleep in, not hustle and rush about, and have the time to bake caramel or cream cheese glazed cinnamon buns at home. I am stilll learning how to ensure that I give myself that ability. I have declared a secular sabbath for myself after years of believing that church seat warming was rest. It has been and still is radically liberating, messy, scary, and wonderful.

If you happen to have answers to rest or are seeking ways of getting space for yourself, this might be the place for you. I will be having a series of conversations with close friends and acquaintances-turned-friends that will be shared in this space.
